TERMS OF USE

Terms of Use

These terms explain the requirements, service boundaries, and scope of liability that apply when consulting the Shadowrocket official guide.

1. Scope and How to Read This Guide

Shadowrocket Rules Library is the official Shadowrocket website and guide. It provides information on verifying the genuine app, getting started, understanding rules, and troubleshooting. These terms apply to visits to this site and use of its documentation. App purchases, payments, refunds, and account management are also subject to the applicable App Store terms; these terms do not replace them.

This guide helps explain app settings and does not guarantee results for any particular network environment or configuration. Before taking action, check the fields and prompts in the current app. If the interface differs from this guide, follow what the app actually displays and the requirements listed on the App Store page. If you have questions about these terms, read the relevant information before taking actions that affect connections or data.

2. Lawful Use and Information Security

You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you live and where you use the app, as well as the requirements of any network you access. Do not use the app, rules, or this site’s guidance for unlawful purposes or to infringe anyone’s privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights. Do not access networks, interfere with them, or obtain data without authorization.

Importing configurations and troubleshooting assume that you already have your own subscription or server details. Verify that the information comes from a lawful source and that you are authorized to use it. Keep passwords, keys, and subscription URLs secure. Before asking for help publicly, remove sensitive information from logs and screenshots. Save a recoverable copy of your configuration before editing Config or rules.

3. Purchase Channel and Service Boundaries

Shadowrocket is a paid, closed-source app distributed on Apple platforms, primarily for iPhone and iPad. The App Store is the only place to get it. Check the App Store page for the current price, system requirements, device compatibility, and purchase eligibility. Before purchasing, use the genuine app verification guide to check the developer, Shadow Launch Technology Limited, the official icon, and app ID 932747118.

A one-time app purchase does not include a network service plan. Purchasing the app grants a license to use the client; it does not provide network connectivity. This site does not provide, sell, or recommend nodes or subscription services, and is not involved in payments, fulfillment, or disputes between users and their existing service providers.

4. Availability and Limitation of Liability

Connection results can depend on factors such as your local network, server status, configuration settings, DNS, and system settings. This site does not guarantee that its documentation applies to every environment, that connections will remain available, that you will get a particular access result, or that an issue will necessarily be resolved. When troubleshooting, check one item at a time to avoid changing multiple settings at once and making the cause of a problem difficult to identify.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site is not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or related indirect losses resulting from network outages, configuration errors, changes to third-party services, or user actions. Back up your data before important operations. These terms do not exclude or limit liability where the law prohibits such exclusion or limitation, or affect consumer rights provided by law.

5. Intellectual Property and Changes to These Terms

The Shadowrocket trademark, app, and related product rights belong to its developer, Shadow Launch Technology Limited, or the respective rights holders. The official icon and app information shown on this site are provided to help identify the product and explain how to use it. Their display does not transfer any intellectual property rights. When quoting this guide, credit the source; do not alter its meaning or imply that you have additional authorization.

We may revise these terms to reflect content updates, changes to service boundaries, or legal requirements. Revisions and the month of update will be posted on this page. Significant changes will be noted on relevant pages and will not retroactively diminish rights already acquired under applicable law. For help, first consult the FAQ or Getting Started Guide, then check the relevant section against the steps and error messages you see.
